At Greenbox, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your cartridges, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in the original packaging. You may return your products within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase to initiate the return process.
2. How to Return
To return an item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent any damage during the return shipment.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned items, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or used, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. For defective products, please refer to our warranty policy for assistance.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a return or replacement, at no extra cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for our records.
6. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. If we are responsible for the return, we will cover the return shipping costs.
7. Exchanges
If you prefer to exchange a product for a different cartridge, we will be happy to assist. Please follow the return process, and once we receive the returned product, we will send out the exchanged item.
